Fully-automatic bagging line for Pillow type open mouth bags. It is a very flexible, compact and of easy operation packer, whick allow the bag change-over in less than one minutes.
Max capacity of 500-600 bags/hour with easy flowing product.

Main aspect
- Fill spout dust collection manifold, for vacuum distribution and collection of any dust produced during the bag filling process.
- Sewing unit (Optional : Top trimmer and Top Folding or Creepe Tape application system). Also other bag sealing system available upon request.
- Bag turner to lay bags flat for in-line discharge.

Through the suction cups is taken the empty bag inside the warehouse
Mouth opening
The arms take bag open the mouth of the bag to bring it into position
Delivery onto fill spout
The bag is introduced into the filling mouth
Filling, fill spout in raised position

Vibration
Possible vibration of the bag from the bottom, fill spout in lowered position
Translating bag top support in position
The sideshifting arms are placed in the bag mouth area

Powered magazine with two or more stations
MTR
Magazine with single bag conveyor Picks up a single bag and transfers it to an intermediate station for the application of an adhesive label, or for printing on the bag. Maximum capacity: 6 cycles per minute.
MSF
Magazine with bag dispensing system For use with woven PP bags. Dispenser picks up bag bottom, allowing powered slat conveyor to slide under bag and transfer to the bag mouth opening station. Maximum capacity: up to 500 bags/h.

Tag application device for premade tags.
RIF/CC
Applicator for 60mm wide crepe tape, 70 mm wide tape available on request. The bag top is first trimmed for correct application of the crepe tape.
RIF/PG
Bag folding helix forms continuous fold on bag mouth without stopping the bag. The bag top is first trimmed in order to perform folding correctly.
