ITTC valve bag fillers are equipped with a unique horizontal impeller and auger bag filling system.
This filling system is specifically designed to package floury type products such as flour, yeast, and gluten. A net weigh scale separate from the packer delivers preweighed product to the impeller, which in turn feeds the product to the auger, and the auger into the bag.
Each ITTC is capable of a maximum production speed of between 350-420 bags/hour depending on the type of product and bag. If higher production rates are required, systems of up to 4 machines may be placed in line for production speeds of between 1200-1400 bags/hour.
